Shot of the Week is a focused, high-energy training session designed for players who want to improve specific shots through repetition, coaching, and competitive execution. Each week highlights a different stroke or tactical situation — forehand, backhand, volleys, serves, or point construction — allowing players to refine technique and build real match confidence.

Players rotate through structured drills and live-ball scenarios, finishing with competitive play where the best execution earns recognition as the Shot of the Week.

Perfect for players who want:
